How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $12 across New Zealand. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. For international delivery, please get in touch to arrange a custom shipping option. Most orders arrive within 5 business days (rural delivers may take longer).

How long will the piece take to be completed?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your custom illustration to be completed before dispatch.

Can I see a preview of my design before it is printed?
Yes, you'll receive a digital preview of your custom piece before it's printed. This gives you the chance to check all text, colours, are what you envisioned.

Can I order extra copies of the artwork?
Of course! Additional copies of your custom piece are available at 30% off the original priced item. Please contact us directly to arrange extra pieces.

What are the pieces printed on?
All prints are professionally produced on premium art paper. This ensures rich colour, fine detail and a long-lasting finish.

Can the custom piece be shipped directly to the recipent of the gift?
Absolutely! Your order can be sent directly to a recipient. No receipts are included, and each piece is carefully packaged—perfect for gifting.
