The Hump Ridge Track is one of New Zealand’s Great Walks, crossing dramatic subalpine ridges in the far south of Fiordland. The route climbs through native forest to open ridgelines with sweeping views across the Southern Ocean and surrounding mountains before descending toward the coast.
